Returns and refunds

Returns/refund policy is

1.Item has to be damaged by transit any items damaged by the buyer is not eligible for a refund

2.if the product is iced out and a stone falls out we pay for the stone to be set back in (Buyer will have to take to local jewelr and price proof is needed to stop any scams)

3.If you don’t want the product no more u will have to return it for a refund
